Chicken Pickle Recipe For U Guys

Guys chali kalam modalainde........manchi vedi vedi annam kastha Chicken pickle vesukoni thintey  racha rambola untadi

 

Ingredients:

 

Chicken 1 KG ( Bone less)

Chilli Powder( Depends on Spice)

Oil

Ginger Paste

Lemons

Garam Masala.

Salt

 

 

How to make:

 

After washing the chicken peices , dry it for an hour in Dry cloth or in tissue papers.

 

 

1)Chop the boneless chicken in to small pieces and fry it in oil until colour turns to little brown.

2) take the fried chicken in a bowl add garlic paste, garam Masala , chilli powder, salt together. Add 2 lemons or lemon juice and mix them well.

 

3) Add  the  required amount of oil, which is used for frying chicken ( Note : oil should be added when it is cold)

 

4)keep it aside for 2 days, so the masala will be captured by chicken peices.

 

Have it with hot rice.

few chitakaalu

 

1.chicken should be brown and hard ....not soft

2.Ginger garlic paste should be fried in the remaining oil and let it cool down

3.lemon juice should be added to the mixture after it gets cool down

4.you can make garam masala by grinding cloves(lavanga) and chekka

nenu chaala saarlu chesa mommy tho kalisi.....so thelusu.....it will stay for about 1 month outside......fridge lo ayithe 3 months vuntundi
