Soya Biryani:

 

Butter teesuko pan lo

 

Pudina, garam masala(elachi, biryani leaf, lavangam, shajeera)

Green Chilli long ga cut chesi maalas vesaka veyi

 

tarwata onlion pan lo veyyi

 

ginger garlic paste, turmeric

 

manchiga cook ayyaka add tomato and potato 

 

add kaaram uppu and garam masala

 

then add soya chunks ( hot water lo boil chey mottam water drain chey)

 

add desi perugu or home made perugu

 

edi ayyaka

 

oka pedda bowl lo hot water teesuko (basmati rice oka 30 mins nanbettu)

boil avtunna hot water lo  knchm oil, lavangam, elachi, shahjeera, biryani leaf veyi add some salt,  lastly nanabettina rice vesi half cook chey

 

then cooking pan lo last lo knchm gravy unchi knchm plate lo teesuko then add half boild rice oka layer then migilina gravy with some fried onion then finally migilina rice and fried onlion, last lo corriander and ghee and color vesi oka 30 mins baaga close chesi lid medium lo cook chey, make sure not to loose the aaviri from the cooking pan

 

Done and enjoy soya biryani
