i fell agile is harsh on developers.. i may be wrong.. but i haven't experienced otherwise

agile looks good only with smalll teams......nenu attend ayina scrum call lo highest aithe there were 20 people...tikka dengedhi manishiki oka nimisham anukunna....mana turn vache varuku sava ***** malli daantlo scrum master prathi okkadi peru ni gurthu pettukoni adagali status

I only assign tasks man so I don't give any statuses... 10-4 meetings kosamey velta office ki... coding anta in my free time only... develop a small functionality and sell it to the product team... antey chaalu ee contracting h1b batukulu aipoyelopu make money faster and relax, thats it man....

aa meeting lo just developer nu cheppina pai 3 questions ki answers cheptadu.. expected hours burn cheyaledu ante mathram scrum m gaadu involve avali..

 

ee scrum M gallu okko sari project manager galla laaga ekkuva details loki veltaaru...

 

Agile is definitely not harsh on developers, but waterfall anta relaxed env undadu... u gotta be on ur heels with ur work..

 

anduke ga better output istadi antaru... Unless evadi role vaadu correct ga play cheyali..

6 people is moderate to good size team for sprint man... more than that aitey maarchali status cheppey way... mee scrum master gaadu 8+ emo man...

my scrum master is not certified and he is a FTE for firm since 16 years.. but still struggles to talk english and work along with team..his communication skills are very poor :(

6 people ante.. 6 developers aa leda mix of dev and testers aa nuv anedi....

 

i think there is no ideal team size until u start on Sprint 0.. its all trial and error
