2009 - 2014 lo TG hesitations okatte reason kaadu......appudu Rosaiah and Kiran Kumar Reddy was not capable CM to lure investors. Ade continue ayyedi kuda if TRS govt behaved the same way.

They changed the narrative, took ownership and made sure Hyd is still a welcoming city like how it was before 2009.

Yes. Thats my point. Hyd development is exponential. Before Kasu...Nizam built airport in 1930s....Everybody played their role. Whether its Kasu, Chenna Tedy, nedurumalli, CBN, YSR, KCR....These are all mere passing clouds. NIZAM of hyd was richest man in the world appatlo.....No joke....Hyd always had money.
