Hyderabad born and raised bro. My father is from Rangareddy. Specific ga cheppaliii ante my paternal ancestors are from Attapur area. My mother is from Kurnool. My paternal and maternal grand fathers were colleagues and best friends. They worked at one institution in HYD. In the end, they wanted to become relatives. The rest is history.

Its not CBN's or KCR's system. Its central govt right to education act lo undhi. certain close distanc lo schools undaali ani. avi close cheyyadam valla rural areas lo school dropping increased. more than 4 lakh studnts school dropping ani news choosa. thats a lot. Jagan kooda okka DSC veyyaledhu, konni buildings colors vesi photos chooyinchaadu, recent ga oka school pai kappu padipoyi student ki gayam ayyindhi. aa school ki 60 lakshala daaka kharchu pettaru ani lekkallo chooyinchaaru. simple calculations - tg, ap school dropping, 10th/inter pass percentage compare cheyi, you will understand how bad AP is.

The only reason is due to aided colleges and schools started by Britishers. Vaati kindha lands anni ivvamanadu. Vaallu court ki velithe calm ayipoyadu. Ee lopu chala nashtam jarigindi. Eppati nundo unna Gunturu JKC college kooda close cheyyabothunnaru anta. Second worst thing closing nearly 5K schools. Nuvuv cheppinattu oka step emaina good step theesukoni undavacchu. But 10 steps backward. Assalu TG ni AP ni compare cheyyadam ante ne comedy. That non-teaching work hours you are talking are just drop in the ocean in over all wastage done in other departments or scams.
