Last time Cops had high level of caste frustration was during from 1989-1992. Ranga was killed and Congress did not give them CM from their caste.

Now I think the frustration is spilling out after all these years.

Kaapurs population ekkuva around 27% etc etc...but most of them feel that they are sidelined/oppressed etc by either Congress/YsREddiCP or TeDeePP ..the reason is the cassettes affiliated to these parties according to them....
