midwest lo ayithe standard across board  200-250K + bonus (not the regular pakodi bonus)

It all depends on company.

enno small companies lo title easy ga icchi salary ivvaru. One director level person I know gets only $170K+ and 10% bonus.

Lot of software companies in NYC lo Sr engineer ke $200k+ base untundi.

Chase money not the title.
