Cong is oldest party in India....chaala mandhi core leaders who are now in 70's and 80's are about to retire. Unfortunately newer generations ni Cong attract cheyyali since last few decades. 

Either BJP successfully influenced or local regional parties took away or newer Nibba's/Nibbi's are not interested in politics all together. I think one more decade and Cong will be gone. Another example of similar oldest party who is gone to shed is CPI/CPM.
