Bricks moyalsina avasaram ledu but you need leadership with a vision to attract investments. Earlier there were only 3 or 4 cities like noida banglore and Chennai we were competing with, now chnance iste there are 10 cities to take away the investments from lucknow to Pune to Kolkata to Ahmedabad.

also if you see most of the appreciation of real estate in hyd is only and only due to IT, and ktr has done an excellent job to attract investments.

if Hyderabad had natural growth then why did growth stall from 2008 to 2015?

TDP pre 2004 focus area is only Hyd, rest of AP suffered. YSR and KKR focussed on overall state. YSR is the one who added new power projects in TG.

Ysr didn’t stop investing on Hyd.. if you remember, ORR, new airport, Us consulate etc all came during ysr time only.. 

bengaluru lo people are crying as the city is getting worse and worse now..

it was 8000mw at the time of separation.. it is around 19k mw now.. will be 25k mw once the yadadri power plant is ready next year..
