praneeth Posted October 28, 2010 Report Share Posted October 28, 2010 I am in UK on PSW VISA...I will b finishing my 10 years continuous stay in UK on Nov 5 ,2010.(8 years on stdent visa and 2 years on PSW status).Now,the question is can I apply fr PR under the LONG STAY section...?My frnds r saying that home office wont consider the PSW period fr the long stay...i am a bit confused...plz help,...thanks in advance.
