AP is a gone case irrespective of the CM. next evvaru ochina they will focus on scheme's rather than development.

CBN cannot do to Amaravathi what he did to HYD. HYD was already developed pre 1990's and He was the CM of united AP at the time when Software Industry was blooming. Right now i don't think the investors would be ready to bet on Amaravathi because of lack of skilled employees and infra. I think Safe bet would be to promote  Vizag .IF CBN had choosen Vizag over Amaravathi it would have been a different story now
