It may be a Silicon Valley but there must be an IT minister sometime in the past who might have made it possible…Can you help me who the IT minister then ? Trying to assess their English language skills and credentials that helped Bangalore become Sikicon Valley.

Upa lo indian it minister mostly from Tamil Nadu untaru they used to move the companies to Chennai .. in Nda all the it ministers are from north now north india is competing and has noida gurgoan Pune growing big now a days under bjp rule .. my point is it ministers are important as they work as salesperson
