Agree these are aggressive predictions. 

Varun/lavanya - Tough to decide, we do not know prediction unless it happens. If it happens in 1-2 yrs he is great. Otherwise even after 10 yrs it could still happen. He wont be wrong.

He gives too many interviews and says too many things in various platforms.
