They are selling dreams… Cali lo any new infrastructure project is very difficult to execute… High speed rail between LA and SFO started in 2008 with a budget of 10B$.. after 15 years, they built a very small and easiest portion of it and it will only open after 2030. Total estimate is now $125B anta.. if Biden gives them another 3-4B, it doesn’t make a dent..

LA to LV train is by a private operator.. they are yet to raise the remaining funds (estimate is 10B and they need 7B more).. they want it to be ready for 2030 Olympics.. god bless California!!
