majority own ga vaste they will go for UCC

with 3 more states in hand, Rajyasabha numbers will also increase

Yes....as of today....own majority seems to be a cakewalk as Odisha might also be added to the BJP's tally! Without Odisha, majority would have been difficult...if BJP indeed gets its own majority, other parties follow through....with 25 seats from Andhra irrespective of the party in power & at least 10 seats from Telangana (BRS+BJP), they have so much sway in the parliament than ever before!

But people are also observing the dramas of the opposition...especially Congress....!

I participated in UCC debates a few years back and those discussions had lawyers and experts...what they argued was to implement UCC, we need to revoke all the personal laws, accession, and succession laws in place and replace them with a UCC law. Any other option other than this, UCC may fall flat and interfere in rights.

Its tricky..and at the same time, UCC implement chesthe hindus will be a loss but we will cover up.

How?

Article 370: A death sentence, defeat of the idea of India - Mehbooba Mufti on verdict

People's Democratic Party (PDP) chief Mehbooba Mufti on Monday said the Supreme Court's decision to uphold Article 370 abrogation is "nothing less than a death sentence", adding that it marked the defeat of the idea of India with which the Muslim-majority state had acceded in 1947. "Today an unconstitutional and illegal act that took place in the Parliament was declared legal. It is nothing less than a death sentence not only for Jammu and Kashmir but for the idea of India," Mufti said in a five-minute video message she posted on X.

Hindu’s family system and laws are completely based on  Hindu beliefs including marriages, divorces, inheritance etc. with UCC in place, it will replace the existing personal laws which will have immediate effect and chaos for Hindus especially succession and inheritance. Where as Muslim and minority succession laws are straightforward and replacing these laws will have minimal changes.
