usa lo can i get the flat beds

 india lo manaki cots frames wooden vi full flat dorukatai , like no gaps between (ex deewan cot).

am looking something similar to indian bed frames/deewan cots style , can we get it in usa? Plse sugest

As doc suggested to sleep on flat surfaces not on beds.. ( ikkada box frames mana weight aapadhu) morever tat arrives with frame gaps..

home depot and lowes la flat surface boards dorkutayi...measurements teesukuni isthe valle cut chesi istaru...techuko...they arent expensive. vaatini slats mida petti mattress ayyi...maa kasam floor mida padukunatte vuntadi...

kudirithe floor mida padukovadam alavatu chesuko kaka..long term la workout ayitadi

you don’t have to sleep on the floor to get rid of pain. A good mattress will work wonders 

like they say, don’t cheap out on stuff that connects you to the ground…mattress, shoes and tires
