it's a sensible move by congress, it doesn't make sense to distribute money to the rich or upper middle class.

There is always some exclusions but free money to all will ruin the economy.

Owner-koulu could be changed frequently.. and gov needs some paperwork to deposit raithu bandhu to koulu raithulu.. owner can’t go to mro office for these docs whenever koulu raithu is changed. they buy new equipment, and new ways to cultivate and increased productivity

and coz of this irrigation projects TS la wet land formed and greenary started and we saw profits

now if govt cuts that of(money) most rich farmers wont attempt it and will not see improved farming

that is how farming dies

Just in case if anyone if you are not aware..

Present land lease agreements anni informal agreements avutayi, mata mida or blank paper mida which has no legal weightage and no record in the government.

but okasari kouludaaru ni identify chesi, govt vallaki payments isthe that will be a record, an acceptable record of proof which will also have acreage and statement. Literally the same koukudaru May come back sometime in the future to stake a claim saying he will lease the land forever and use past payments as a proof and create legal troubles.
