3 controversial issues to be tabled as private members bill in Rajya Sabha!

The Places of Worship Special Provisions) Repeal Bill, 2022, The Uniform Civil Code in India Bill, and Bill to repeal the Waqf Act, 1995 are scheduled to be tabled.

 

BJP MP Kirodi Lal Meena will introduce a Bill to provide for the constitution of the National Inspection and Investigation Committee for preparation of Uniform Civil Code and its implementation throughout the territory of India and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
Harnath Singh Yadav will introduce a Bill to repeal the Places of Worship (Special Provisions) Act, 1991 and Bill to repeal the Waqf Act, 1995.
 
Reports of standing Committee on consumer Affairs and report of joint Committee on office of profit will also be presented in the house.

Wakf act kuda precedence consider cheyakunda frame chesina acts….intention manchide to protect religious properties but almost all of the Muslim religious properties rightful owners have always been temple lands or donor lands or kingdom donated ae thapa native muslim owned anedi emi ledu…

Waqf repel chesina Dani place la inkedaina act vastadi to protect the lands but endowments laaga waqf properties ni govt takeover chesthe Hyderabad la 20k acres prime land, motham Telangana la almost one lakh acres of land government owned ayitadi….the most land bank owned by any state in India will be Telangana.

Endowments Temple dabbulu kaakundaa...Waqf property nunchi generate ayye dabbutho...they can spend on Muslim welfare!

Single answer is civil code….anduke need of the hour is UCC lekapothey Indian law will be most complex to implement…
