Change is slow. But knowing about yourself is the key. Change comes only when you identify something with in yourself as a problem and take measures to correct it. It will take a long time for change to happen though.

The more changes you make to yourself from your regular behavior, the more stress it adds to your life as you have to put a lot of conscious effort. So I only try to make changes to the behavior thats affecting me most and rest I live with it.

You cannot change your DNA. For e.g. You might get angry at a certain situation where others may not. No matter how much effort you put into it, you cannot change your DNA and not get angry at it. However you can change how you can respond to that situation after long conscious efforts.
