I don’t see anything wrong here.. there are diversity quotas in all companies.. they get tax benefits and other benefits if they prove that their company hired certain % of black and Hispanic people and now LGBTQ as well..

I assume that the other two are HR people.. hiring goals meet avakapothe bonuses cut chesthaaru.. just like for an IT manager if the goals are not met, they lose some bonus..

You do not see anything wrong in it? Those benefits themselves are a violation of Civil Rights Title VII if they exist. Show me how they exist and how are they legal?

DEI goals are legal in US.. now there is some opposition to this in a couple of states like Texas but there are no laws yet to stop this… diversity in workplace (be it women, races like Hispanics and blacks, LGBTQ etc) is a very big thing now.. not just that, diversity in leadership is also a big factor in getting projects and clients..

why do you think women are leading many companies and universities now? Even Harvard’s head is a woman of color..

Explain how the ways of implementation are legal in the US?

Read about DEI

I know about DEI, which is based on an inaccurate and unethical adoption of a presidential mandate. It clearly states that diversity can be encouraged but should not be a way to discriminate. Discrimination is happening full fledged and it is very near to shut this nonsense. Texas has already done it. Ramaswamy or RDS will do it. Wait and watch.

And women leading companies is not a metric for competence. How many breakthrough inventions have happened this way? My comments are an attack on DEI but not on women.
