premium ki sambhandam ledhu, you need to add your own money from pay check.. first few months of the year lo ne i add it so to use later. HSA plan is high deductible so ekkuva money padathayi, unlike co-pay small amounts. it's worth it if you are expecting big medical bill or your employer contributes certain % when you contribute.
