JAGAN / YCP

- Administration lo no clarity and no transparency...ministers has no clue whats going on....all ministers are busy with giving counters to opponents in social media...

- Govt mostly focusing on welfare schemes..kind of vote bank politics...(but there is no income / wealth generation strategies for long run...)

- Jagan Govt is claiming and  advertising few items like Uddanam and Ports..etc but they are part of the central govt schemes or central financial planing recommendations (surprisingly BJP is silent on this now..i will cover this more in BJP section..)

-  seems all his glory came with support of central.... (there is a strong central govt support..friends with benefits)

- YCP social media is huge now...they just propagate false info to the society with out basic source...if anyone ask source..they just attack violently..

- Jagan Govt main advertising item is schools and education.. most of the funds were allocated for this sector...but why are we still behind from fellow state tamilnadu or kerala on this sector?

- whats the need of parallel system of volunteer..? is it a job or volunteer service..? if it is a job..where is other benefits like DA, HRA..etc? or if it is a volunteer service..why they are claiming it as job and advertising we provided these many jobs as we promised..?

- data privacy issues because of volunteer service..(because they always start asking aadhar card number...)

- what happened to 3 capitals..? this will cost you dearly...

- what happened to special status..? you have 20+ MPs..what are they doing..?

- YCP govt/cadre is saying jagan govt brought many compnaies to state...can you list few..confidently.. ? (this should be with in this 4 years timeline..)

 

CBN /TDP

- totally failed as opposition to raise questions and corner ruling govt...

- had some soft corner before on CBN administration but he himself exposed during recent skill development case..

- seems their priority is either NARA family or Nandamuri family... (there is no future for them until they come out of those chains...)

- *this is my honest opinion -  if a new genuine neutral person talk to a TDP supporter/telugu tammudu  first time...next minute he will  become supporter of other party  other than TDP...(check yourself whats going wrong...always memu thopu...maa blood thopu doesnt bring support..)

- still i feel some undeserving people are holding crucial positions in your party (mostly from your community..)..(i can give plenty examples..but just giving one example now..usha undaveli)

- BJP damaged you in multiple holes...but why you are still suck up to BJP..?

-  lesthe manishini kaadu but levadinike baddakam...

- always acts in favour of TDP since 2014...

- failed politician...i dont want to waste my time with more points..

 

BJP

- my strong question is... before 2019...there was a team like GVL, vishnu vardhan reddy...etc were active to say/claim every CBN Govt new schem is part of the Central Govt  scheme..but now...in Jagan Govt they are  claiming Ports and Uddanam as jagan achievements left and right...but BJP is just mum and dumb and deaf...where are those leader..? they just dumb now?  (is this some puny politics....?)

- these kind of politics you want to introduce in andhra..?

- what was BJP andhra wing doing during 15th Financial planning...? what state benefits...they fought for..? whats your stand on delimitation..in coming days..?

Need for volunteer system: imo the concept is really good unfortunately will be misused by ruling party to the core. It simplified the process of getting govt benefits for the people at the same time govt has all the data of who is against them & who is in support.  So many votes got deleted & added based on the data they got from volunteer system.

 

this elections will be tough to predict. There is lot of anti against ycp for sure but remember no body expected them to get 151 in 2019. Even jagga might not have expected them. Lower middle class votes matter the most. They are mostly silent but will be very effective in elections. Tough to understand their pulse.

No, HDI indicators take a long time for the results to be visible. Anduke when comparing these indicators, agencies usually take 10 year time frame. Esp literacy rate, infant mortality rate, hospital beds per lakh people, malnutrition etc. 

One academic year la result kanipiyadu, atleast 5 years from 2022. i.e first results kosam 2027 and overall result kosam 2032.

Every state government program/project is dependent on some centrally sponsored scheme. You just name any state program and there will be some kind of funding by the union. This is how federal structure works in India. Every centrally sponsored scheme requires state to have some kind of contribution financially or implementation wise. There are actually very few projects which the states run on their.

Uddanam and ports endi, every welfare scheme including school education, Anganwadi, health, etc has central contributions. State govt pay chese salaries thappa anitiki central contribution vuntadi. 

Devolution of powers - Administration and Finance ane concept vuntadi, oaksari go through that and you will find answers for most of your questions or perhaps clarity. especially on centrally sponsored schemes, budget etc.

Just an example :

Telangana la implement avutunna rythu bandhu scheme, first three installments were completely on state's budget as it was state-sponsored program. Atarvata 2019, Central gov introduced PM Kisan Sanman Nidhi...2019 tarvata Kisan Sanman Nidhi is part of Rythu Bandhu in Telangana and a similar scheme in Andhra. So 12k per acre which the state gives away, includes this amount not at disbursal level but at funding level.
