ISB and IT Towers are not Landmark projects.. IIMs/IITs were set up in 1950s itself.

By 2000, Bangalore had maximum number of IT Towers and Software parks..and in 75 years of existence, Karnataka had only 2 CMs who finished full 5-year terms. So a CM role is not even needed for IT park set up.
