I did Trust long back. At that time, IT was felt that an estate is better compared to Will.

Any new accounts you create, you have to update your will, where as with an estate, you can add your estate to your account.

I took the Legal Insurance at that time from employer ($7/biweekly pay check). I think I paid like $50 or $100 and rest all covered by insurance.

Not bad pricing. I paid $50 or paid $0 (do not remember). I took the $7 per pay check Legal insurance offered by my company. so Essentially I paid $7*26 = $182 + $50 =$222. 

Check with your company benefits if they offer the insurance.
