@Spartan @Vaaaampire is it better to take it? In my state(PA) there are 2 plans. Guaranteed savings plan and investment plan? Is it better to put in investment plan?

better not to put in state specific plans, if the state allow us to spend the money through out the country then you can go ahead and invest the money.

How does it work? Do we still get 3% tax benefit if we take out of state 529 plan?

theesko uncle , oka 35k varaku you can roll over to kids Roth IRA if they won't use it , provided the money is in account from atleast last 10 years or something .

plan at least 100k as target about  for kid , and your money invested typically doubles in 7 years .. so dhaniki batti do your one time investment or monthly investment. ala plan cheskuntu mundhuku velli.
