Mortgage Interest rates for 2024 - Lenders projection

Current mortgage rates are in the upper 5s. It's possible by 2024 rates will settle between 5 to 5.5. If there is an economic downturn, we may even see rates below 5 on some days.

Anyhow, tejams are always comedy piece for most of the lenders in the recent years for overbids, 5% down payment, huge monthly payment commitments and as usual show off.
