7 nights on board is too much travel on waters ( from NY to Bahamas and back to NY)?

I never went on a cruise. Is it good to try 2 or 3 nights travel than 7 nights? Experience DBians, please throw some light. Thanks in advance.

Some people get sea sickness. But there are behind ear patches to counter them.

I went on a 3 day cruse. Mostly night time travel avuddi. Day time it will stop somewhere or mid sea. I felt like another 1-2 days would have been OK. Food is amazing, drinks are expensive, but lots of activities with in cruise and once they stop somewhere.

Expect to gain 1-2 kgs after trip.

I think I did 2 or 3 nights in one of Royal Caribbean's cruise few yrs ago. I felt it was very short and usually 3nights or less ki mostly smaller cruises untai. I felt 5 nights would have been better......7 nights may be too much and if u have small kids but other wise I heard its very fun. Alway go with little bigger cruise ships if not largest ones. 2/3 is soo short trip that u cant even tour entire cruise ship. Day time lo edo oka spot lo ship will stop and u will end up getting down and malli evening ki back vasthav...so u will get less time spending on ship.

If you are first time 3 nights ok to try but feel little short. 5 to 7 nights decent. Recently went on 5 night cruise.
