go for HSG first  and then  plan...if it does not work...then go for ivf..try in usa..not in india...

HSG will let you know if there are any issues with the tube....its 5mins procedure in usa..no pain......india lo ithe torture amma mogudu la chestharu..talk to your doctor abt HSG....

Try Acupuncture. Its very powerful for pregnancy. Not many are aware of it. I used to take my dad to a Chinese doctor for paralysis due to stroke and it was powerful. During that time I realized that Acupuncture is also very powerful for Pregnancy. Lots of women used to come there. Acupuncture treats on the organ directly and makes them work properly. I suggested this to a friend and they finally took my advise when he was around 40 and wife 39 and they got results in 3 months.

The key however is finding a good practitioner. The one I took my dad practices at below location. They have a clinic in SFO downtown. Wife and husband both practice and wife is the expert on pregnancy.

Wan Guo Zhi Acupuncture Clinic
11740 San Pablo Ave Ste A El Cerrito, CA 94530

Another option to try Yoga. I do not have the exact video but some of my friends did and it successfully yielded results for all of them. Both wife and husband have to do it. Search Youtube.

Pros with ivf in india

1) low cost

2) u can hire nurse to give injections

3) family support

cons:

1) everyone will know that u went through ivf. Not sure if ur ok with it or not

2) u will have to travel back to usa during pregnancy. Some people say its not safe to air travel during first 13 weeks. No solid data to back it though.
