Austin Liberty Hill lo Santa Rita ani oka community undi.....though its far from Austin happening areas, but Remote kabatti it doesnt matter unless if u have kids then valla day - day activities ki suitable untado ledo chudu.

Heard Santa rita lo currently rates are down....my colleague bought house for 850K last yr and same plan recently sold for 690 anta...2024 is election yr and Fed already announced no more interest hikes, infact they may cut down few times annaru...so 690K house might go up very soon antunnaru

anthe bhayya, I always suggest ppl to come to new city and stay in apartment/rent house for a year to see the area/weather/allergies. After that you can start looking at buying houses.
