i totally agree .. AUstin lo allergies ekkuva .. so 1-full year undi ..apudu property konatam plan cheskovatam best .. i know few who moved to Austin and bought home directly .. vaallu pakka allergist degara ki poyi shots theskuntaru for allergies ..

i know bro..my friend also moved like that and his 2 yo daughter was sick( Pollen trigger asthma) for an entire year..they kept taking medication but nothing worked and finally they relocated back

good point, I'm thinking to move to Carolinas from NY-NJ area...I have pollen allergy (tree)..need to check on it....so far no one touched on allergies in my previous thread. Thanks.
