Vaddu bhayya light teesko 

- future resale issue 

-cars lighting directly fall into your houses 

- accident prone, direct ga car ni intlo ki ekkinchestaru if rash driving. 

- not safe for kids playing

@druva During sellers market, it does not really matter but if its a buyers market, no one will show interest unless its 50k less than a similar house.

I have seen this in down market in 2009-2010. Houses listed (already 60-70% down) at 475 went to 375, etc.
