yes now it is Digital Stamp paper no more physical .... you have to give all your information and the stamp paper is printed on your name along with father's name and your PAN/AADHAR attached .... so now the govt knows who bought how much stamp paper ..... small ones does not matter but the major transaction will be scrutinized.... plus now the money will go directly to exchequer instead of middle men

even without tax it is convenient to merchants. as long as fees are not high and money is kept secure.

No GST does not apply. transaction fee is not a tax ..it saves these people from handling cash/storing it etc.

Only big change needed is in political space .. majority those winning are big looters rowdies ..goons .. no proper use of state funds .. no big improvement on infrastructure... Contestant  Min graduation vundali .. no criminal history, more than 50 cr property own vundoddu. More than 500 cr party funds vundoddu ..all party funds through digital route..then only eligible for contest as mla mp etc ani law tisku ravali.
