Aha .. Jalaganna promises his fulfilling most of the weaker sections 

Yes lot of other promises and non development things  gives negative results 

from this TDP is  not learning and giving unreliable promises … at this they don’t require with Anti incumbency .. more chances to win and no need to give unreliable promises at this time
