Hi  frnds

Please suggest some credit unions or banks who offers the best rate or deals for 30 year home loan; got fico score 740. 
I have selected a lot have to build they are asking to get approval from lender

builder has his own recommended vendor.. check with them properly..

any bank ki velli pre approval letter kavali ante.. they will run credit score and issue a doc for you

Desi mortgage brokers untaaru.. they give you pre approval letters without a credit check… give them your annual income and current credit report.. 

banks will do a credit check to give you preapproval letters bcoz they don’t have a way to know your credit history..

Lender degara untaru ga .. go with them .. just pre-approval kada .. don’t think too much wrt interest rate
