Mouth breathing

To avoid mouth breathing - Yoga 🧘🏿‍♂️ emanna workout avvudda. Sleep lo snoring. Active unnappudu - nose tho breathing sometimes difficult avtundi when there is little smoke around or popu esina time etc. Also metlu ekkithe heavy breathing coming. 
 

Covid ochindi last year e time ki - gattigaaane came. Maa doctor gaadu em ledu heart is well annadu - dye inject chesi edo tested. Another problem is with walking - after 1 mile or less legs are giving up. Malli rest teeskoni can walk - same story repeats. Leg muscles stiff ay pain.  E leg issue Covid valla ne ani anukuntunna.  5feet 9 - 80 kgs

better go directly to quest diagnostic  or labcorp... and they have packages for diff checkups... select and get thes test done independently

Breathing exercises will help. Follow the below program from Art of Living. Better take help of someone who took this program and validate with them the right way to do these.
