THANJAVUR: A 19-year-old woman belonging to the kallar community in Thanjavur was burned to death by her father and relatives because she married a dalit, police said. The caste crime took place on January 3 and only after the husband lodged a complaint did police arrest the father and four of his relatives on Monday
