yep speaker will take  a decision to disqualify , so rebels should stay silent for a while , rajya sabha election code vachevaraku atleast apudu asalu rangulu bayatiki tiyali , if speaker disqulifies during rajya sabha election code , mlas can claim they are infringed upon their voting rights and ask for a temporary relief from HC or SC to vote
