What to expect moving for 2024 - > Price Reductions > Lots for New Construction projects will flood a pool of housing inventory and options > home sellers will list homes at reasonable pricing. If not, they stay in market for long time. > No more bidding even though the Interest rates get adjusted to 5-6% range. > The Market is looking good for Home buyers who are motivated to make their dream come true.
