dont expect rates to come down to 150/sft or so uncle .. atleast AUstin lo .. 185/sft ki minchi dhigadu .. so either downsize your needs .. or go for it

also another point .. good school zone ani restrict ayipoku .. middle school and high school ki 6 rating unna chaalu .. 8 ante kashtam .. elementary aithe picha light .. charter school ki pampu

true, int rates koncham thaggina, prices will go up again. Builders are controlling the market a lot... Chaala mandhi still renting houses in Dallas/Austin area and they are potential home owners and these builders know real numbers and based on that they know when to act and how.

A misconception is that 'you own the house'. That's only when you buy in Cash. When you buy mortgage, the BANK /LENDER owns the house and it's collateral against your debt. House also means unwarranted expense such as heating, plumbing, roofing, flooring issues so on so forth. You pay anywhere between 1-3% property tax which can never be reclaimed.

Idem logic anna.. ante credit card tho groceries konte adhi katte varuku vadava enti .. nenu ichina example chandalanga unna , I hope u got my point..

FOMO tho illu konatam entha tappo too much financial analysis chesi konakunda undatam kuda anthe mistake especially if u can afford it and know that u will stay there for next few years.
