Most of the states with no state tax have higher property tax. I think tennesse is one good exception.

inka next 5yrs ki 3-3.5k vesav rent.. 5yrs tarwata i am sure the current house prices will go to 2m

State tax is based on your income. Lets say your income per year is 120K....

But property taxes are based on the value of your property. It will be a much higher number. Around 700-800k atleast. 

Thats how Texas makes KVP of everyone. No state tax. But high property and sales tax.....LOL

Not trying to be a party pooper here. But lets look at it practically.

Appadu adhi 5-7 years old kompaaa ayithadhi kadha samara....No takers in the market. especially If its a desi community. 

Your value will be merely on paper. Assuming it will appreciate 3 times in 5 years.

most of the new construction ki  MUD/PID tax kuda untay in good school areas lo in dallas... so property tax is   between 2.3 to 3%
