Extra Principal Payment

You can only recast the loan once in the entire duration of loan, unless you refi.

so, what will be the use of paying extra principal payments in between?

For many processors you need to mention that explicitly. 

leka pothe donga naa dash gaallu escrow reserve etc pakkana pedtaru. intent is to make sure your outstanding principal stays high so you are a better customer for them.

no, you have to make seperate payment to principal after you monthly payment 

all lender banks  should/will show an option to make direct payment to principal account

when u login to your payment portal it should show you different options for that extra payment and how you would like to apply that... either principal or next month payment or escrow
