apartment is not an investment. at least not in the current price ranges.

2015/16 ki mundu yes, people bought for 60 to 70 lakhs and sold them for 1cr during pandemic. but not now.

rental yield is not that great too.

Buy land in a layout and buy with loan. Bank will do all validities on your behalf if the land is legit or not. A lot of attorneys are also offering these services these days. 

Apartments wont appreciate and rental yields are low. No point in investing in them unless its for living

wrong opinion bro....buy a plot in HMDA bro and do 35 percent down payment and rest go for bank loan...then you will be in safe .Key thing is to invest in HMDA ventures.

land assalu safe kadu hyd lo. Clear undavu. Dani badulu bank lo ne unchukunnadi better.
