its not question because there is no question mark in this post….

its not seeking advice or suggestions because  i clearly mentioned i will seek doctors advice…

its just a post with insomnia…

try melatonin for a few times and see if it helps. See a doctor if it doesn’t work on you

Bratuku sanka naaki potadi…I experienced insomnia for about 2 months and zindagi ** up ayindi. Used to sleep for 1-2 hours a day…nidra kosam roju taagetodini, atla inko rakanga sanka naaki poindi..
