😀😄 Ha Ha Ledu nenu almost 5 years nundi taaguthunnanu , no issues so far .. manchi Ghee vadithe no issues ..

take melatonin gummies for 2-3 days and then stop. automatic ga nidra cycle form ayi you will be on track again 

 

avoid screens and workout as others said

was there few years ago . be physically active and sleep at same time , try to sleep by 10, 10 ki padikovalante , 9 - 9:15 ki phones and electronics bandh Karo. wind down by reading a book or meditation and slowly get into sleep.

it willa also help with anxiety. 

sometimes when I work till 12 in the night , early morning 4 dhaka nidra pattadhu.

nidra pattatledhu ani phone pattukoku, kavalante book pattuko .

you need to learn to lcear your brain with thoughts so it shut down

try calm app before sleep, there is one for sleep too

do not use pharma, doctor might suggest valium which is not good thing to start as it can lead to habit forming.

ghee tinte cholesterol increase ayidi anedi myth

your brain has 97% non water material as cholesterol. good saturated fat is important for all major functions in humans.

adding exercise is important than avoiding ghee

@dasari4kntr anna paina cheppina healthy life style exercise, no devices etc advices tho paatu early dinner , no devices and add melatonin before 30 minutes it helps you need not have every day , first 3 days then weekly thrice also it helps
