it is impossible for allmost everyone, meditation is way to do that, this is why you always return back to a origin when you meditate.

I do with a focus on some image visually created like a triangle or your favorite shape, try to return back to the same image when you get distracted, initially it will be in seconds, it will later turn into minutes, make sure to add relaxed breath to it. breath is what drives the focus.

if you reach 15 mins with focused meditation, you will see changes drastically in your daily life including sleep

some people use breath or body scans as well to improve focus.

Any anxiety? continuous thoughts about something that's worrying you consciously or unconsciously?

lot of things in mind bro…family related, career related, financial related, passion related…

among all worst part is old cringe memories..

if i go to bed close my eyes…one by one all these thoughts says 👋 to me…

Why not? I can sit for hours without any thought or just some random thoughts with no meaning.. that’s true for most men.. girls on the other hand think and worry a lot about trivial stuff

first learn to differentiate thoughts into categories.

1. ones you can take action and correct

2. one who have no control over

convert step 1 into actions like communicate, plan accordingly

if it is something related to relationships or financial

relationships improve with proper communication.

finance improves with proper discipline.

learn to ignore step 2 and leave them to something that you believe, this is where spirituality helps for those who believe. atheists/agnostics do believe in something if not god. leave it to that entity. you can call it science for the sake of pleasing yourselves.

Letting things go is one of the most important things one needs to learn in life to become liberated from one's own mind.

Sagam jeevitam sanka nakipote tappa dont not depend on doctor to solve any of the mid life problems.

How many days in a week you are going to office bro?

In my case office ku vellina roju probably tiredness tho 7 ke nidra ochesthadi, wfh day ayithe chala late avvudhi nidra ravadaniki 

inkoddi rojulu wfh chesthe bathuk asssm avvudhi emo anipisthundhi. .

3 days must..i go 4 days sometimes... (literally..maa office lo attendece teesukuni..dashboard lo pedutunnaru...)

NYC lo naaku aa trains/subways/undergrownd ekki dige sariki baane workout avutundhi naaku kooda...

intlo oka chinna elliptical vundi...but i become lazy on weekends...i should do more going forward...
