na budget max 450K , ekkuva paisal pettalenu.  Silverado Community lo houses na price lo available unnai.
I know aa community is mid range one , but being a first time home buyer and having price constraint consider cheyyochu aa ?

why go that side of the city? growth will be slow and school district is bad

did you try sutton fields or edgewood creek? they are both in prosper ISD.

you can even try communities mckinney in your budget.  

north celina communities also will be your range. all the best

budget lo ante its fine .. go ahead man.. dention ISD anukunta better than little elm isd

 

Traffic will be bad for 1-2 years on 380.... construction is going on, road will be widened soon....

HEB is coming....desi district store is coming up as well...

Can you please give communities names bro in the above mentioned areas , are you saying this communities will be close to 450K ? Because I don't want to go higher and over burden

Only thing I am considering Silverado is , my Kid will only go to school only after 4+ years.
Next , lets say if I grow financially , I will take a better home down the line with good ISD.

Please suggest. if that's a good idea.

nice idea..  one thing is.. don't stretch too much on the home that is not in your budget.... go for what you can afford comfortably.  Mental peace is more imp than financial stress.

Its not remote area as well.. you have union park... mosaic, windsong ranch near by... growth will be there but slwoly.

450k range ante ... look at Princeton , melissa, Anna , Royce city  or near fort worth
