there are plenty of apps are there...like pro cam, slow shutter cam..etc but all are not free...

this blackmagic one is free...but majority of the features are video realted...for youtubers and tictokers...

 

blackmagic is video editing and film camera company...so they gave priority for video.. they have very good film editing software and they have their own camera products...
