food before and after gym

I usually run for 4-5 km in gym and cycle for 7-8 km and some weights 

beofre going to gym i eat a banana and after gym another one

what are other alternative to it

reduce complex carbs like rice, don’t eat more than a cup(cooked) for each meal if you can’t avoid it. After workout eat whole wheat toast with peanut butter and banana slices with some honey drizzled

oka 3 months daily once thinu appudu nduku thaggavo chustha. Aa rice lu bag lu bag lu thinaku basmathi pakkanettu beer Soda muttaku. But neeku antha dedication vundha ra ?

eat enough veggies(roasted or sautéed) for smooth bowels 

Eppudu only one cup rice and 2 time only chapati
