i want to pay someone in india who shared their phone pe upi id and phone pe number.

the last time i went to india i charged india number with a 1 year airtel plan ... but now i'm not getting OTP and can't pay with phone app on my india phone.

can i send to india phone pe or google pe using US bank acct or US credit card. 

i only need to send 7000 Rs.
