For good or bad, english speaking is not a barrier anymore for swe’s. If can communicate efficiently with design docs & code, thats more than enough. 
mgmt, pm’s is different ball game. They have to speak a lot but i did see people having trouble speaking English in those positions too.

I wont anna. I strongly encourage english medium over any regional language medium in india. Language is not a barrier doesnt mean i am encouraging to join kids in non English medium.

nenu SW side raakunda...edo maa voorlo teacher job or some other job chestoo maa voorlo ne vundi vunte...telugu medium cherpinche vaadini..

as part SW job..you have to live in cities or abroad...

it is as if brain can create better analytical pathways in a language it was hard wired with

mother tongue is the best form of language to analytical skills proved by Japs, French and Germans
